How to set up a Helpjuice integration

Setting up a Helpjuice integration is easy!

To do this you will first need to generate an API Key in Helpjuice to establish the connection with LaunchBrightly. You can find detailed instructions from Helpjuice's API documentation, as well as a summary below:

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of your Helpjuice account
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click API Credentials in the settings menu under Company Settings
  4. Check the box labeled Require token for API?

  5. Copy your API Key

Note: Only Super Administrators and Account Owners have access to the API Credentials settings page in Helpjuice.

Once you have copied your API Key, you can set up your Helpjuice integration from the Settings page in LaunchBrightly:

  1. Select Add integration

  2. Select Helpjuice

  3. Add a Name for the integration, paste in your API Key, and enter your Helpjuice subdomain

  4. Select Test connection to confirm the details are correct

  5. Click Save

And you're all set!

Note: All API keys are immediately encrypted and stored using AWS Key Management Service (KMS), which leverages hardened hardware security modules (HSMs) to protect and manage cryptographic keys.
